Smart Energy Track

Significant rise in usage of renewable energy sources, electric vehicles, data centers, etc., has brought challenges to the efficiency improvement of the integrated energy system. The track focuses on cutting-edge theory and key technologies on building clean, low-carbon, safe, and high-efficiency smart energy systems. The main topics include, but are not limited to, optimization and control of large-scale distributed flexible resources, monitor and protection of the integrated energy system, dc transmission and distribution technologies etc.
