Registration Fee
The registration fees include attendance on both days of the conference, reception, refreshments, lunch, banquet, and MCSCT 2024 kit.

- To ensure the publication of your accepted paper in the conference program book, the registration procedure must be completed and the registration fee must be paid on/before August 10, 2024.
- To ensure smoother arrangements, please purchase additional dinner tickets for your accompanies on/before August 10, 2024.
Banquet Dinner
One banquet ticket is included in each registration fee. If your accompanies would join the banquet dinner, please book additional banquet tickets with your registration.
Booking
You will receive a confirmation email with the receipt of your booking within 48 hours. Further notifications about the conference program, venue maps, etc. will be updated on the conference website and sent to the provided email address.
Accommodation
If you would like to stay at UM Guest House (N1), please fill the application form HERE on/before August 10, 2024.
Cancellations
Bookings cancelled less than 10 working days before the event will be charged in full. Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks after the conclusion of the conference. Each refund will be subject to the following fees:
Visa/MasterCard Charge: 3%
Bank transfer handling and administrative fee: HK$400 per transaction
