Registration Fee
The registration fee includes attendance on both days of the conference, the reception, refreshments, lunches, banquet, and the MCSCT 2025 Kit.

1 One banquet ticket is included with each registration. If your accompanying guests would like to attend the banquet dinner, please purchase additional banquet tickets during registration.
- To ensure the publication of your accepted paper in the conference program book, the registration procedure must be completed and the registration fee must be paid on/before 20th July, 2025
- To ensure smoother arrangements, please purchase additional banquet tickets for your accompanying guests on or before 3rd August, 2025
Registration
You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours after completing your registration. Further notifications regarding the conference program, venue maps, and other updates will be posted on the conference website and sent to your registered email address.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made less than 10 working days before the event will be charged in full.
- Refunds will be processed within 6 weeks after the conclusion of the conference.
- Each refund will be subject to the following fees:
- Visa/MasterCard Charge: 3%
- Bank Transfer Handling and Administrative Fee: MOP 500 per transaction
